SLEEPY HOLLOW RESIDENTS URGED TO SPEAK OUT AT JAN. 23 PUBLIC HEARING ON GM LIGHTHOUSE LANDING

(SLEEPY HOLLOW) - Developer Roseland Property Co. has submitted to Sleepy Hollow officials the final environmental impact statement (FEIS) for Lighthouse Landing, on the waterfront site of the former General Motors plant.

On Tuesday, Jan. 23, the Village of Sleepy Hollow will hold a public hearing, where residents can speak out about this huge project that will impact the village for generations.

While the developer has modified its proposal to address many community concerns, a few changes would make a powerful difference. This hearing is your chance to get a waterfront that works for everyone, brings people together, spurs economic vitality, and adds to Sleepy Hollow's pride and sense of community.
